The song “I knew you were trouble” by Taylor Swift was about Harry in the first place, so he got a tattoo like the boy in the video. I know it sounds like a long shot but hear me out.
1) Alot of recent news which could very well be rumors but are saying that Harry and Taylor were together since like May or were atleast talking. So she wrote the song about Harry.
2) In the video the boy is getting a tattoo by some random person like Harry is always doing
3) In the Video the boy she is dating is a big rockstar, just like Harry
4) In the video on the concert scene she is wearing a british flag shirt. 
5) Harry recently got the same tattoo as the boy in the video.

Yesterday i had to drive from PA to washington dc, back to PA. which was like 9 hours all together :/ just to see my dad for like 1 minute. Then i went to see BATMAN and eat olive garden :) But im back, and this week i have no sisters so yayyyy :)
